Read and carefully study Chapter 1 and 2. Learn how to edit, compile and upload a FORTRAN program in your Monday, Oct. 6, discussion.

Chapter 2. Problems 3, 13, 19. (pages 106-111). Read and carefully study Chapter 3.

Chapter 3.  Problems 5, 8 and 9 (pages 174-175). Read and carefully study Chapter 4.

Chapter 7.  Problems 7, 8 and 10. (pages 461-462).  Use the program that you wrote for problem 10 to find out if the number 15,485,863 is prime.  (This might take a while to run depending on which computer you use to do your homework.  Allocate your time wisely).
